Lesbian Vampire Killers

People have been saying how they enjoyed Star Trek XI without it being high art. To test this theory, we now have Lesbian Vampire Killers.

Not since Snakes on a Plane has a title so succinctly summarised the storyline while evoking the atmosphere of the movie. Which in this case is a spoof of 1970s euro-trash schlock horror movies. Unlike most send-ups, they have higher production values than the original (but then so does Star Trek XI). You can sit there playing trope bingo.

It helps a lot that I have a soft spot for this kind of stuff. But the movie is very watchable, because it is fun.
